Macy Todd is associate professor of English and Film Studies at SUNY - Buffalo State, where he teaches courses in film history, genre studies, and adaptation. His writing has appeared in a number of publications, including Senses of Cinema, Film and History, and Screen Bodies. His current book project explores the role of identification in the development of narrative film.
